We start our grand tour with a visit to the magical place Petra tou Romiou, where, according to legends, Aphrodite first stepped ashore.

We continue our way to the picturesque village Omodos. There we take a walk along the ancient stone to the Monastery of the Most Holy and Life-Giving Cross, where the knot of the cross, with which the Mission was of the Cross, and a piece of the Cross of the Lord. Climbing higher up the hills we will find ourselves at one of Cyprus' most famous wineries and taste their unique products. The local appetizers will please even the most sophisticated gourmets. Shortly after we'll be in the most pictorial and greenest area of the island, the Troodos Mountains, where we'll visit the Kikkos Monastery.

The miraculous icon of the Virgin Mary, painted by the Apostle Luke, has been preserved there for many centuries. You will have free time for a pleasant walk and lunch at a local restaurant (optional).
