Lower house:
4 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with sofa + 2 bedrooms with double bed + 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, that might be converted to one double bed.
- Every room has en suite bathroom. 2 rooms with bath and 2 rooms with shower. Plus 1 toilet in the living room.
- 2 rooms with standard double bed (160x200), 1 room with sofa standard size (140x200), 1 room with 2 single beds (80x200) that might be converted to one double bed.
