-During meal times, guests are not permitted to enter restaurants in the following conditions: shirtless, wet, in a swimsuit, carrying a towel, or with any type of inflatable item.
-Hotel guests with a “Premium All-inclusive” package are required to wear a distinctive wristband.
-Hotel guests are prohibited from bringing and consuming their own food and beverages on hotel premises, as well as in the hotel’s public areas (both indoors and outdoors).
-Guests may consume food and beverages in the restaurant and by the pool, but not in their rooms.
-The benefits of the “Premium All-inclusive” package cannot be transferred to other guests who do not have an “All-inclusive” agreement.
-Premium All-Inclusive services are available in the restaurant and at the pool bar until 23:00. After this time, any consumption will be charged according to the menu.
