Sani Resort is famous for the highest standard of guest service.
The butler service is a new service, thanks to which every moment of your vacation will be truly unforgettable. Qualified personnel have undergone special training and are certified by the British Butler Institute. During your stay at the hotel and beyond, you will enjoy their full attention.
Butler services are provided free of charge to all guests staying in the two and three bedroom suites at the Sani Asterias.
Before arrival - your butler will make sure that all your requests and wishes, including the preparation of special and dietary dishes, are fulfilled. If during a holiday you celebrate an event important to you, the butler will help you book a restaurant, as well as follow up with all the necessary preparations.
During your vacation - Upon arrival, you will be met by your personal butler, who will arrange express check-in for you, ensure quick delivery of your luggage to your room, and also help you to arrange and pack your things. He will try to satisfy all your wishes, from booking tables in restaurants to evening housekeeping at a convenient time for you. The butler is at your service throughout your stay.

• During lunch and dinner, regardless of your board, all drinks are always extra, excluding bottled water in all buffet restaurants. When staying on half board, guests can choose to use their board at lunch time or dinner time. For dinner, guests must book a table in advance in one of Sani Resort’s restaurants.
