We will visit the district of Kanoni, where archaeological sites are located; we will climb the observation deck, which offers amazing views of two small islets, Panagia Vlaherna and Mouse Island, one of the most famous views of the island, its calling card. On one island we will visit the temple; the other island we will go around by boat for a short boat ride and then take the bus to the Old Fortress in the city centre. From this point, the city tour will be on foot. After visiting the Old Fortress and Spianada Square, we will stop near the Palace of St. Michael and St. George and walk through Liston and the cosy streets of the Old Town. After a visit to the Church of St. Spiridon you will have free time (about an hour and a half) to spend in churches, museums, cafes or shops. A visit to the monument to the Russian naval commander Admiral Fyodor Fyodorovich Ushakov, who is particularly revered here for his invaluable contribution to the island's history, will round off the tour.
